Forest Therapy
Forest therapy is an outdoor, guided healing practice, also known as nature therapy. This practice, inspired by the Japanese Shinrin-Yoku (meaning forest bath) focuses on mindfully immersing all five senses in the natural environment. It is effective at preventing disease and emotional imbalance and, over time, is proven to relieve various mental health-related conditions, like depression, anxiety and insomnia and even improves aspects of physical health, like immune and respiratory function.
